Dance On! An Evening with the Mark Morris Dance Group Part 2 - November 12, 2020

This online, livestreamed event featured the premieres of five new videodances choreographed by Mark Morris: The Lovers' Demise, based on existing choreography of Morris' from Layla and Majnun (2016); Offertorium (2020), based on existing choreography of Morris' from Offertorium (1988); Allegro Molto; Empire Garden, Mvt. I, based on existing choreography of Morris' from the first movement of Empire Garden (2009); and Promenade Sentimentale. The event was hosted by Morris and MMDG Music Ensemble Director Colin Fowler, with a special introduction from Isaac Mizrahi.
